Login at TweedBet in the UK: Sign In with 2FA

Login Methods

TweedBet uses a standard email-and-password login system with optional two-factor authentication for additional security. The same credentials work across all access points: the desktop site, the mobile browser, the Android APK, and the iOS Progressive Web App. There is no separate login URL for mobile; navigating to tweedbet.app on any device presents the correct login interface automatically. New here? The steps to Sign Up take only a few minutes.

How to Log In Step by Step

Signing in to your TweedBet account follows the same sequence regardless of which device you use, with minor visual differences between the desktop browser, the mobile browser, and the dedicated app.

PC Browser

Open tweedbet.app in your preferred browser and click the login button in the top navigation bar. Enter the email address you registered with, followed by your password, then click Sign In. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will be prompted to enter the time-based code from your authenticator application before access is granted.

Mobile Browser

Navigate to tweedbet.app on your phone’s browser. The page scales automatically to your screen size. Tap the login icon, enter your email and password, and tap Sign In. The full game catalogue including Evolution Gaming live tables and slots from NetEnt and Pragmatic Play is accessible immediately after login, with no app installation required.

App

If you have the Android APK installed or have added the iOS PWA to your Home Screen, open the app and you will see a dedicated login screen. Enter your email and password as usual. The app also supports biometric authentication on compatible devices: once enabled in your account settings, a fingerprint or face scan can replace the password step on subsequent logins.

Can’t Log In? Solutions to Common Problems

Most login failures fall into one of four categories, each with a straightforward fix.

A forgotten password is the most common barrier. Use the Forgot Password link on the login page and enter your registered email address. A reset link will arrive within a few minutes. If it does not appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If the email still does not arrive, contact [email protected].

An incorrect email address is a less obvious issue: some players register with a work address rather than their personal one, or have multiple email accounts. If the password reset link does not appear, try any alternative email addresses you may have used during registration.

Account locks are applied automatically after a set number of failed login attempts. This is a security measure to protect your account from unauthorised access. The lock lifts after a short waiting period. If it persists, our support team at [email protected] can investigate and lift the restriction once your identity has been verified.

Browser or cache issues occasionally prevent the login form from working correctly in a desktop browser. Clearing your browser cache, trying a private or incognito window, or switching to a different browser resolves this in most cases.

Account Security

Keeping your TweedBet account secure is a shared responsibility. Our systems protect your session with SSL encryption and monitor for unusual access patterns, but the strength of your password and the security of your devices determine the final layer of defence.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from the Security section of your account settings. Once active, every login attempt requires both your password and a time-sensitive code generated by an authenticator app on your phone. This means that even if your password were compromised, an attacker without physical access to your phone could not complete the login.

Use a password that is unique to TweedBet: a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, at least twelve characters long, and not used on any other website. A password manager is the most practical way to generate and store a password of this type without needing to memorise it.

If you ever suspect that someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately and contact [email protected] so our team can review your recent account activity and take any necessary protective steps.
